1. What are the minimum requirements for a home to be an EcoHome listed on your website?

To be listed as an EcoHome on our website, a home must have one or more of the following features:

- Health (e.g. allergy-free materials, quality ventilation, etc.)
- Accessibility (e.g. support rails, a stairlift, etc.)
- Environmental Friendliness (e.g. reused materials, renewable energy sources, etc.)

When you confirm your listing, our automated system will inform you whether you meet our minimum criteria. If you require any further assistance with regards to meeting our minimum standards, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. How long does it take to add an EcoHome?

It can takes between 15 and 25 minutes to add an EcoHome, but you don't have to do it all in one go.

For companies listing multiple EcoHomes, we've made it even quicker: -

- If EcoHomes are similar, you can use one as a template for others by selecting accessing the 'Sell an EcoHome' section of the website and selecting 'Use as template' from the dropdown menu

- If you are gathering data about EcoHomes by visiting them, you can take along our prompt sheet to fill out while you look around. Download one from the 'Support' section of the website or by clicking here.

3. How much does it cost to list an EcoHome?

You can now buy and sell your EcoHome absolutely free!

4. How long will the free Pilot Phase last?

The free pilot phase is an attempt to build statistics and open up discussion with users to improve and refine our service for the next phase. At this point, it is difficult to gauge how quickly this can happen, however, we will give 5 working days' notice on the homepage before the end of the period.

5. Do you offer buttons/banners/images for use in their promotional material?

Promotional images can be found in the 'Support' section of the site by selecting 'Promotional Images' or by clicking here. We welcome users to use the images in other EcoHome promotional material, subject to the guidelines found on the download page.

Estate agents and developers can also be provided with window stickers and/or printed materials for advertising on site. Please contact us for further details.

6. How can I rotate an image before I place it in my listing?

Windows users (XP or later): Right-click on the image, then select:

'Open With...' > 'Choose Program' > 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer' > OK

Then simply click the 'Rotate clockwise (Ctr+K)' and 'Rotate Anticlockwise (Ctrl+L)' symbols as appropriate.
